Fundraising is an easy and fun way to double the benefit to our charity. By raising essential funds you are powering our work, and by getting your friends and family involved you are raising awareness about the issue of low social mobility.
There are almost 1000km across our hubs in Hastings and Bexhill, Norfolk, Tyneside and Swindon. We want to challenge Villiers Park staff, supporters, Future Leaders, and friends to cover these km in this activity challenge! You can walk, run, cycle, swim, hop, skip or jump as many km as you can, which will go towards the ultimate 1000km target. You have the whole of October to complete the challenge. You can do this from at home, at the gym, or track your course across the great outdoors. Challenge yourself wherever is convenient for you. You can sign up to as many or as few km as you would like. This event is meant to be accessible for all, whilst still being a challenge.
By coming together for this big event to celebrate the work we do, we hope to unite our supporters and current students, celebrate our incredible year of progress, and enable a new audience to support us too.
Kyle is a former Villiers Park student. Now studying Biology at Swansea University, he generously ran the London Marathon for us in 2021, after 18 months of uncertainty and delays due to Covid-19.
Kyle wants to help other young people to benefit from the Villiers Park experience, which he credits with giving him the confidence and resilience to succeed on a journey full of ups, downs and sideways moves - commonplace for children in military families.

Whether it's running a marathon, holding a bake-off or skydiving, there are endless ways to have some fun whilst raising money for our charity.
