We are thrilled to announce that Jess Bond will be joining Villiers Park as Director of Programmes. This news comes as we bid a fond farewell to Deborah Richardson who has been an integral part of the Villiers Park team for more than 30 years.

Jess Bond joins us from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where she has headed up the University’s Widening Participation Team. Jess has overseen the delivery of a wide-reaching programme of events and activities designed to help students understand the benefits of higher education and make informed decisions about their futures.

With her extensive background in widening participation and a strong commitment to social mobility, Jess brings a wealth of experience to our team. Jess is also actively involved in her community, with experience as a school governor and as a long-standing volunteer with Girlguiding. She is currently a member of the trustee board of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.

Jess shared her enthusiasm for joining Villiers Park, "I am delighted to join Villiers Park Educational Trust and to build on the brilliant work that the team are already delivering across the country. I look forward to working with this dedicated group of colleagues and delivering impactful programmes that empower young people and broaden their horizons”.

Jess’s experience, passion for working with young people and commitment to social mobility shone through an exceptional recruitment process and I am really looking forward to working together. Jess joins us at an exciting time as we begin to develop our new five-year strategy, building on a strong platform to extend our reach and impact”.

Jess joins Villiers Park at the end of July 2024, as we say farewell and thank you to outgoing Director of Programmes Deborah Richardson
